Quotes and Pricing

Prices discussed on this website, including any figures shown by the cost calculator, are planning ranges based on typical jobs and are not a confirmed quote. A confirmed, itemized quote is provided after we understand your specific space, condition and requirements, either over the phone or during an on-site assessment, and that quote – not the website's general pricing information – governs the cost of any work performed.

Scheduling and Availability

Appointment requests submitted through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings, until we've followed up to confirm a date and time. Same-day and urgent requests depend on that day's existing schedule and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Workmanship

Any workmanship expectations for a specific job – including the expected outcome for a particular stain, carpet condition or fabric – are set out in your written quote on a job-by-job basis. We do not make blanket guarantees about the outcome of a cleaning service in advance of assessing the specific carpet, rug, upholstery or surface involved.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, please contact us as far in advance as possible by calling (343) 326-7783 so the time can be offered to another customer.

While we take reasonable care on every job, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions in carpet, rugs, upholstery or flooring (such as prior damage, colour loss, or wear) that a cleaning process reveals or cannot resolve. Any such conditions identified during an assessment are communicated to you before work proceeds.
